$IMMORTAL is a community token intended to trade against the MRNA Stock Token on Long. Its core mechanics are the pair, automated buybacks or burns, and a community vault.
Do holders automatically earn Moderna stock?+
No. There is no default pro-rata stock payout and no routine holder claim. Holding $IMMORTAL does not make you a Moderna shareholder.
What is the MRNA Stock Token?+
It is a Robinhood Stock Token designed to provide economic exposure to Moderna stock. Stock Tokens are tokenized debt securities—not actual Moderna shares or shareholder rights. Availability is restricted in some jurisdictions.
How do buybacks and burns work?+
Trading fees can be routed automatically to buy the project token. Under the intended community configuration, the project-token portion is burned while the paired stock-token portion is retained in a community vault. Final routing is set by the live launch configuration.
What is the community vault?+
It is an onchain destination for Stock Tokens accumulated through fee routing. The vault supports the ecosystem; it is not a promise that its assets will be distributed pro rata to holders.
What funds the router?+
The launch’s configured fee stream funds the router. Exact rates and splits will be confirmed from the live Long listing before launch.
Are returns guaranteed?+
No. Buybacks, burns, and vault assets do not guarantee a higher token price. Digital assets and Stock Tokens carry substantial risk.
